2. SIP for incident reduction
(2008) – Swap back to Dedicate team to stabilize the situation and conotinous service improvement for the team (Oracle & SQL & Mysql & Middleware ) with 14 DBA and 4 Middleware Engineer .
1.SIP for incident reduction from Peak 10000 ticket per mth(Aug 07) to 2k ticket per mth (Jan – 09)

• build up knowledge base for level 1 engineer . Completed
• Setting up know error database for faster 1st time resolve on going.
